Bacon and Egg Martini

  • 50ml Jack Daniels infused with smoked bacon
  • 1 Egg White
  • 25ml Maple Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Dash Angostura Bitters

Dry shake all the ingredients without ice to wake up the proteins in the egg white. Then add ice and shake again before pouring the elixir into a martini glass. Garnish with a pancetta crisp, or a bacon & egg sarnie!

An LCC original created by JJ Goodman for the 2010 launch of The London Cocktail Club on Goodge St. Best of British cant get much better than this. A whisky sour variation born for the breakfast table!
