Cheese & Pineapple Martini

  • 20ml Port, lbv
  • 20ml Grand Marnier
  • 25ml pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of fig chutney
  • 1 egg white
  • 20ml lemon juice

Shake all the ingredients hard together and strain into a martini glass. Peel half a babybel and garnish onto the rim.

When developing drinks for gastromixology we had one hundred great options for a cheese pairing. So, undecided we put all of our favorite flavors together to see how we could make a balance. With a 1970s twist, it worked!
