Pear & Ginger Cobbler

  • 25ml Harveys Bristol Cream
  • 25ml St Germain Ginger Liquor
  • 25ml Pear Puree
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Stock Syrup

Shake and strain all of the ingredients over cubed ice in a rocks glass. Create a fan by slicing across a pear, avoiding the core. Then slice 6 thin strips off the end of the wedge, and fan!
