- 50ml Bombay Sapphire
- 30ml Honey Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 2 Dash Orange Bitters
- Splash Orange Juice (optional)
Stir the honey into the ingredients before shaking thoroughly. Strain the mixture into a Martini straight up, or short rocks glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel!
