Smoked Apple Martini

  • 25ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml Falernum
  • 15ml Manzana verde
  • 25ml Pressed Apple Juice
  • 15ml Stock Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • ½ Egg White
  • 5-10ml Ardbeg 10yr whiskey

Add all the ingredients together and shake first without ice and then again with to create a thick froth on the top of the drink. Garnish with a splash of angostura and a spray of lemon oil.

From 2009 at Stanza London, the Smoked Apple uses simplicity in adding whiskey and whites to an established west end favorite to create and unbelievable balance of flavor and aromatics.
