• 40ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Stock Syrup
  • 20ml Creme de Mure

Add the gin, sugar syrup & lemon to crushed ice in a small rocks glass. Churn it with a spoon to mix it up. Add more crushed ice so it domes a little. Add the Mure, 2 small straws and a lemon wedge.

A Great British classic if ever there was one! One of many added to bartending legend Dick Bradsells little black book whilst at Freds bar in 80′s Soho. Also works great with Chambord black raspberry liquor!
