- 12.5ml Martini Rosato
- 12.5ml Lychee liquor
- 25ml Cranberry Juice
- 25ml Apple Juice
- 12.5ml Stock Syrup
- ½ Passion Fruit
- 12.5ml Wray & Nephew over proof
Add all of the ingredient together and shake. Double strain to a martini glass and float the ½ passion fruit shell that you gutted for the drink. Light the Wray & Nephew in a wine glass until it burns a constant blue flame. Transfer it in to the shell and serve!
