- 50ml Oxley English Dry Gin
- 12.5ml Extra Dry Martini
- 25ml Olive Brine
Wash the ice in your mixing glass with a splash of brine. Strain out the dilution leaving just the core ice cubes coated in the salt water solution. Stir down the remaining gin to chill & garnish with an olive or 5.
