Rhubarb & Custard Flip

  • 25ml Brandy
  • 25ml Chase Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Dugar
  • 25ml Rhubarb compote
  • 1 Ehole Egg

Dry shake all the ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg yolk. Then add ice and shake again before pouring the contents into a martini glass. For a “crumble”.

There are a few variations on this one but we decided to break the mould. Flipping a fresh custard with egg yolks and vanilla has paved the way for a few variations of classic British desserts.
